was browsing WebMD just now and i kept reading that when beginning to lose weight (whether its your first time or twentieth), you tend to lose weight around your middle first. that may explain why I haven't seen much fat loss in my thighs yet...
i gotta BE PATIENT... patient patient patient. i know my body is going to naturally drop the weight if I continue to feed it and work it out correctly.
